Kuća u neposrednoj blizini hotela “Galeb” I “Mediteran”, sa pogledom na stari grad, malu plažu I borovu šumu.
Udaljena od administrativnog centra grada 25 minuta hoda, do zelene pijace 20 minuta hoda, do prve prodavnice 5 minuta hoda, do pošte 10 minuta hoda.

Ispred kuće gosti mogu da koriste veliki I bezbjedan parking, kao I prostrane terase na dva nivoa.
Kuća raspolaže sa 3 dvokrevetne sobe sa balkonima I dva apartmana - mali sa dva ležaja I veliki sa mogućnošću korištenja dvije prostorije 3 + 2 ležaja , 3 + 1 ležaj, ili 2 + 2 ležaja

The house „Rudović“ is located in the vicinity of the hotels „Galeb“ and „Mediteran“, and it has got a beautiful view over the Old Town, the Small Beach and the pine wood.
It is only 5 minutes walk to the closest beaches like “Galeb” beach, “Jadran” beach or the beaches in the pine wood, and 10 minutes walk to the “Ladies’ Beach” or the Small Beach.
The green market is at 20 minutes’ walk distance, and banks or post offices at 10 minutes’ walk distance.
All the guests of our house can use the parking space in front of the house as well as the terraces on two levels.
Our accommodation capacity includes three double rooms with balconies and two
apartments - the small one with two beds and the big one with two rooms (3 + 2 beds, 3 + 1 bed, 2 + 2 beds or 2 + 1 bed).
The hosts speak English, German and a little Albanian too. Possibility to organize excursions.

Das Haus „Rudoviæ“ befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von den Hotels „Galeb“ und „Meditaran“, und es verfügt über einem atemberaubendem Blick auf die Altstadt, den kleinen Strand und den Pinienwald.
Die nähesten Strände sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar („Galeb“, „Jadran“ und die Strände im Pinienwald), und den Frauenstrand oder kleinen Strand erreicht man in 10 Minuten Spaziergang. Zum Hauptmarktplatz braucht man 20 Minuten, zu den Banken oder zur Post nur 10 Minuten.
Alle Gäste die bei uns wohnen können den Parkplatz vor dem Haus benützen, sowie die Terassen auf zwei Niveaus.
Unsere Unterkunftskapazität besteht aus drei Doppelbettzimmern mit Balkons und zwei Apartments – das kleinere mit 2 Betten und das grössere mit 2 Räumen (3 + 2 Betten, 3 +1 Bett, 2 +2 Betten oder 2 +1 Bett).
Die Gastgeber sprechen Deutsch, Englisch und ein bisschen Albanisch. Möglichkeit Ausflüge zu organisieren.
