Ulcinj is the most southern town on Montenegrin coast and for many reasons it is charring an epithet “particular”. This town is well known from ancient times because in that area innumerable times were changed many cultures and nations, and all of them had left behind indelible marks in this old town, stamps which can be seen and fell even today. Montenegro is small but an extraordinary country.
