GENERAL INFORMATION
Rooms Pipo are a nice and standard quality private accommodation rooms located in the center of Montenegro’s southest city, city of Ulcinj. Nice and clean rooms, mostly of them double bedrooms, but there are also three bed and four bed rooms. Ofcourse every room has the facilities of bathroom and most of them AC and terraces from where You can see the sea. Every floor has the kitchen, or better to say that three rooms which are at one floor share the kitchen with all the dishes at disposal. The owners live there so if You need anything You can ask from them, they are nice and hospitable people.

LOCATION OF ROOMS PIPO
An really location close to everything. City centre is in front of the house, and the beach is not far away. the nearest is 5 min walk distance and the others are also not to much further away. This location of the accommodation can be a good choice for them who wants everything to be close, than the short staying guests also. If you plan to visit Montenegro in couple of days of You holiday and You do not have anough of time to stay more than couple of nights in many cities than this solution would probably fit to You.

RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum stay is 2 nights during the off season, and 3 nights during the high season ( high season 01. July – 31. August)
- On the day of booking 30% of total amount is charged. The advance payment is not refundable
- In case of NO SHOW – total amount is charge
- In case of earlier leaving total amount is charged
- Pets are allowed only at the garden
- Local tax of 1 Euro per person/night is not included in price
- VAT is included in price
- Breakfast is not included in price
