This accommodation actually is specially built for family holiday renting and most of the guests are families. Enough parking place, not located near the frequented street and highways but still providing sea view and enough close to the beach location. What is best thing about the location of this Ulcinj family accommodation Medina is the fact that the streets which you use to go to the beach and city center are not crowded and the destinations You want to reach are easy reachable.
There are nine studio apartments, five of them have sea view terrace of their own. Tv, air conditioning, bathroom, kitchenette are amenities with which every unite disposes. Parking place is also something You do not need to worry about, because every our guest has it for every apartment booked. Since medina Studio apartments are finished in 2009 year You do not need to worry if something does not works or is broken. During the summer and the lack of rain, in Ulcinj sometimes can happen to be some dry periods without a water during the day, but being accommodated in Medina studio apartments You do not need to worry about that, since we have 24 h water in every time of the year.

Ulcinj accommodation Medina studio apartments represent and brand new accommodation and everything here is brand new. As we mentioned earlier this accommodation is recommended from our side to families and we also will try that the other guests to be families, and to keep the holiday and relaxing atmosphere in apartments. In each floor there is an large kitchen and dining table with all necesery dishes needed for all sorts of coocking specialties, even though every studio apartment has it’s own kitchen to.
Guests of Medina sea view studio apartments have as well the possibility for a fee of 1.00 Euro per person to be transferred to the most Adriatic beach “Velika Plaza”. By booking the accommodation, all You need to do is to ask us about the possibility of beach transfer.
Bus goes at 9.30 with starting point in front of the accommodation. And brings You back at 19.00 h.
