- All prices are given in Euro
- VAT is included in price
- Local tax for children 0 – 5 years old – FREE
- Local tax for children 5 – 12 years old – 0.50 Euro
- Children 12 – 18 years old and adults – 1.00 Euro
- Meals in the hotel are organized on the full board ( 15,00 ), half board ( 10,00 ), bed & breakfast or a la carte basis
- The sea is only 50 meters away

RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum stay is 2 nights during the off season, and 3 nights during the high season ( high season 01. July – 31. August)
- On the day of booking 30% of total amount is charged. The advance payment is not refundable
- In case of NO SHOW – total amount is charge
- In case of earlier leaving total amount is charged
- Pets are allowed only at the garden
- Local tax of 1 Euro per person/night is not included in price
- VAT is included in price
- Breakfast is not included in price
